This cartoon came across our desk via the GaúchaZH twitter account. We think it pretty much sums up the climate in Brazil right now.
On the left, the crowd is demanding “Jailbird for President”, a reference to jailed former president Luís Inácio Lula da Silva. On the right, another crowd calls for “Military Intervention. Caught between the two, one beleaguered Brazilian says to the other “Everybody’s gone crazy…wow!”, which is a reference to this song.
