A brief introduction to the cast of characters (as best we can figure):

“Farinha” – River guide at the front of the boat.

Tourist – Never seen…but voice is heard egging Farinha on.

Mrs. Tourist – Also never seen, wavers between hysterics and morbid curiosity.

Sucurí – Annoyed snake who just wants to be left alone.

Mystery Meat – Whatever it is that Sucurí has just eaten.
