We have posted about João Gilberto and his impact on Brazilian and American music here before. Over the weekend, João Gilberto passed away at 88 years of age. He was truly a giant on the Brazilian musical landscape, and will surely be missed.

João Gilberto has left us, but his musical legacy lives on.
