This bozo in Macapá thought he could get away with stealing a little old lady’s purse as she left the bank. The video shows him (in a white hat) running down the street with his loot.

Things unravel fast. First, a random lady comes out of nowhere to deliver a painful kick. Then an alert motorist swerves into him to make sure he stays down. Then other citizens grab him and hold him down until the police arrive.
